BRIAN W. HARRELL

Brian W. Harrell is a partner with Degan, Blanchard & Nash. 

A 2001 Graduate from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, Mr. Harrell is admitted to practice before all Louisiana District Courts, the Supreme Court of the State of Louisiana, the Eastern, Middle, and Western United States District Courts and the United States 5th Circuit Court of Appeal. 

Mr. Harrell joined Degan, Blanchard and Nash in 2006 as an associate in the Baton Rouge office.  Mr. Harrell comes to the Firm with 5 years experience in civil litigation, specializing in Construction Defect, Insurance Defense, Maritime and Employment Litigation.  

Prior to entering the private practice of law, Mr. Harrell served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Douglas M. Gonzales with the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal.
