JENNIFER KILPATRICK

Jennifer Kilpatrick is Of Counsel with Degan, Blanchard & Nash.

Ms. Kilpatrick received her undergraduate degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee in 1996.  She then attended law school at Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree in 1999.

She is admitted to practice in all state courts in Louisiana, as well as all Louisiana federal courts.  She is a member of the Tort, Trial & Insurance Practice Section and the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association and is a member of the Tort, Trial & Insurance Practice Section’s committee on Toxic Torts & Environmental Litigation. 

Ms. Kilpatrick focuses her practice in the areas of complex litigation, including class actions, toxic torts, products liability, environmental, food contamination and insurance coverage litigation.  She has experience coordinating and defending mass tort litigation on behalf of companies in Louisiana, as well as on a national level.
