JAMES A. ROWELL

James A. Rowell is a partner with Degan, Blanchard & Nash.

Mr. Rowell received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1973 and his J.D. from the University of California at Davis King Hall School of Law in 1988. 

Mr. Rowell specializes in insurance coverage counseling and litigation.  He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts of Louisiana and California, including the 5th Circuit and 9th Circuit Courts of Appeal.  Mr. Rowell is a member of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association.  He is a former editor of the California Tort Reporter and the Federal Litigator.
