Grant T. Herrin
Grant T. Herrin is an associate with Degan, Blanchard & Nash in the Baton Rouge office. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana, all state courts in Texas, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Additionally, Mr. Herrin is a Certified Mediator.
Prior to joining Degan, Blanchard & Nash, Mr. Herrin received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and A&M College in 2007, his Graduate Gemologist Diploma from the Gemological Institute of America in 2008, and his Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center in 2013, where he contributed to, and served as the Managing Editor of, the Southern University Law Review.
Mr. Herrin specializes in civil litigation, including insurance defense, casualty, property, coverage, and subrogation throughout the State of Louisiana. Additionally, Mr. Herrin has achieved a Martindale-Hubbell AV® Preeminent rating from his professional colleagues for both legal ability and ethical standards.
Mr. Herrin is a member of the Louisiana, Baton Rouge, Federal, and American Bar Associations, and Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. Additionally, Mr. Herrin is a Barrister in the Wex S. Malone American Inn of Court, and alumnus of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.
