Joseph F. Schrempp
Mr. Schrempp joined Degan, Blanchard & Nash as an associate attorney. He is a native New Orleanian who graduated from the University of Georgia with a dual major in Finance and Risk Management/Insurance. After Georgia, he returned to New Orleans to attend Tulane Law School. Mr. Schrempp was a member of the Tulane Journal of Technology & Intellectual Property, serving as the Editor-in-Chief for Volume 20 (2017), before graduating in 2018 with a Civil Law Certificate.
Mr. Schrempp has successfully handled property and casualty cases, construction defect, professional liability, insurance coverage, and employment-based litigation in both the Louisiana and Federal district courts as well as in the Louisiana Office of Workers’ Compensation Administration. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State courts and the Eastern District of Louisiana. He is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association.
