Bio

Ashleigh Stoltz is an Associate Attorney with Degan, Blanchard & Nash.

Ms. Stoltz graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law after earning her Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science with an emphasis in Criminal Justice from the University of Southern Mississippi, where she graduated cum laude.

Ms. Stoltz’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation (state and federal), property and casualty litigation defense, as well as employment practice liability defense. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in Louisiana.

While in law school, she received the Lanasa Provident Law Scholarship and completed training in civil mediation. Before joining the firm, she worked as a law clerk for a local law firm where she gained experience in litigation defense, legal research, attending civil court proceedings and client communications.

Ms. Stoltz is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
