Bio

Alina Pagani was born in Rosario, Argentina, and was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She came to New Orleans for her undergraduate study at Tulane University’s Newcomb College and graduated in 1994 with a double major in English and History. Alina then went on to complete the Maritime Certificate Curriculum at Tulane University School of Law, from which she graduated, cum laude, in 1999.

Alina carries over two decades of experience in various areas of law with a primary focus on insurance defense and coverage litigation. She is admitted to all State and Federal Courts in Louisiana and all State Courts in Texas; is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association; and is fluent in Spanish.

Alina’s passions include music, dancing, and cooking, which are all inspired by New Orleans’ culture and living.
