Bio

Henry D.H. Olinde, Jr. received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University in 1985 and his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School in 1988, where he was a member of The Maritime Lawyer law journal.

He concentrates his practice in governmental law, civil service, employment law, civil rights defense, and emergency preparedness. He also represents and advises governmental entities and emergency service organizations on policies and procedures, Open Meetings Law issues, public records requests, bid law matters, elections, civil service, and state and local labor disputes.

Mr. Olinde is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
