Degan, Blanchard & Nash is excited to share that the firm has achieved Midsize Mansfield 2023–2024 Certification Plus status. This collaboration underscores the firm’s dedication to enhancing its diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within our leadership and decision-making processes. We believe that a variety of perspectives enhances our ability to make more inclusive and fair decisions, benefiting not only our clients, but also our community and industry at large.

This prestigious recognition is bestowed upon law firms with between 25 to 150 attorneys who have successfully engaged in an intensive program with Diversity Lab. The program is designed to closely monitor, evaluate, and foster diversity within leadership positions. The criteria for this certification include ensuring that at least 30% of candidates considered for leadership and governance positions, equity partner promotions, formal client presentations, and the recruitment of lateral attorneys, are women, belong to racially or ethnically underrepresented groups, identify as LGBTQ+, or are lawyers with disabilities.

The Midsize Mansfield Class of 2024, as recognized by Diversity Lab, marks a significant accomplishment in the legal industry’s journey toward more diverse, equitable, and inclusive leadership practices.
